Exercise Catalog

Browse all 36 exercises displayed as cards in a grid layout. Each card shows an exercise icon, difficulty level badge, exercise name, brief description, and targeted muscle groups.
Filters & Search
The sidebar provides multiple filter options:
- Search — Find exercises by name
- Categories — All Categories, Cardio, Compound, Core, Strength
- Muscle Groups — Filter by specific muscles (Abs, Back, Biceps, Chest, Glutes, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Triceps, and more)
Exercise Detail

Each exercise has a dedicated page with category and difficulty badges, description, targeted muscle groups, required equipment, step-by-step instructions (Setup, Position, Lift, Lockout, Lower), tips, and exercise variations.

Workout Configurator

Build custom workout plans by selecting exercises from a filterable grid. The sidebar shows filters for category, difficulty, and muscle group. The right panel tracks your workout plan with selected exercises count.

Select exercises to add them to your workout plan with sets and reps, then download the plan as a PDF to take to the gym.
Blog

Science-backed articles on training, nutrition, and recovery. Posts are displayed as cards with featured images, publication dates, titles, and summaries.

Full blog posts with rich content including headings, lists, and evidence-based fitness advice.
Dark Mode

Toggle between light and dark themes. The entire UI adapts including the gradient backgrounds, cards, text, and navigation.
